Once upon, lived a Princess named Dayang Sumbi. She was a beautiful and kind-hearty. One Day She Married with the Dog named Tumang. Tumang was actually a man who had been cursed by a witch to become a dog. And one day, Dayang Sumbi has a son named Sangkuriang. He was a handsome boy.

One day, Dayang Sumbi asked to Sangkuriang to bring the deer's heart. But, Sangkuriang was not found the deer. And he was killed Tumang and bought his heart home and have it to Dayang Sumbi. But Dayang Sumbi was know that's was the Tumang Heart. She very angry and hit Sangkuriang forehead and talk to him to leave. So Sangkuriang left the village.

Many Years later, Sangkuriang grow up to be a powerful man. He's back to his village and find the beautiful girls named Dayang Sumbi. Sangkuriang don't know if Dayang Sumbi was a her Mother, and he wants to marry him. But, Dayang Sumbi was know it's that her son. She accepted but his have the impossible thing to do. She wanted him to build a lake and boat in one night.

Sangkuriang was agreed. In midnight he finished the lake, Dayang Sumbi has an idea to burn the Woods in east, and Made all the cocks crow. Sangkuriang was not finished he boat. Sangkuriang realized that Dayang Sumbi was cheated him. He angry and kicked the boat upside down. And the boat became a Mountain and it was now known as Mountain Tangkuban Perahu.
